Photo Contest and Exhibition

A Photo Contest and Exhibition is being organized to coincide with PETROTECH-2009 with the theme ‘Bringing Energy to Life’ to project a visual treat of the Hydrocarbon industry. We are looking for creative images that capture the essence of the theme and graphically express the reality and impact of the "Oil Energy" on People and Environment.

The salient features of the contest and exhibition are given below:

VENUE:	Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.
DATES:	11 to 15 January 2009.
ELIGIBILITY:	A: Corporate Category - All companies registered for PETROTECH-2009. - All oil and gas companies operating in India. - All companies sponsoring PETROTECH-2009. B: Individual Category - All regular employees of companies at A above. - All registered delegates to the PETROTECH-2009. - All regular employees of sponsoring companies at A above.
ENTRY FEE:	There is no entry fee, we only seek your talent.
THEME:	The theme for PETROTECH-2009 Photo Contest and Exhibition will be “Bringing Energy to life”. The photographs should attempt to highlight organizational and individual efforts to produce and market oil and gas and value-added products to enrich the quality of life. The inspiration for the photographs could also be taken from the conference theme “Energy Independence with Global Cooperation: Challenges and Solutions”. Photographs should be sent through online submission form only. For more details you may please go through the rules and regulations. For display purpose, the photographs shall be enlarged by PETROTECH to a size of 12"x15", 20"x30", 30"x40" and so on as per the superiority of the photograph.
JUDGES:	A panel of judges will select the best of entries and their decision on prizes, selection of photographs for display and other matters, shall be final.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES:	While you may submit unlimited number of photographs, all entries must be received by the organizers on or before 30^th November 2008.
INTIMATION:	Winner's will be informed separately and also announced on this website.
